Exercise Lead
This exercise involved more than 100 internal and external participants from multiple countries and a large exercise team of facilitators and contributors for the planning.
I had the opportunity to design and facilitate a large-scale cyber exercise in the exercise lead role and for the largest electrical power provider in Switzerland. The exercise involved live participation of 3 rd parties, NCSC/GovCERT and Police, was a great success and achieved the following goals
• Identify gaps in Crisis Response in the collaboration in interdisciplinary emergency teams
• Improve the understanding of the role of 3 rd parties and authorities in such exercises
• Create a unique and lasting experience for all participants
