In 2021 I launched a transformation from classic organizational structure into a Squad Model by adopting agile principles to address issues that come a long with classic T1, T2 & T3 models that most providers employ. This transformation was successful and led to the following results
• Increase scalability and more efficient use of available capacity & know-how
• Reduce overhead and simplify shift planning
• Making SOC roles more attractive by job rotation and reduced analyst fatigues
